Job summary

STAT Home Health in Searcy, AR is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing and supportive care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN.

The role requires AR LPN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; includes mileage reimbursement, PTO, disability coverage and an ESOP benefit that makes you a true owner of the company.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN.
