Job summary

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing facility in St. James, NY.

You will provide high‑quality patient care in the SNF and LTAC units, administer medications including IVs, and monitor resident outcomes. You will collaborate with physicians and NPs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs to maintain safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Experience in SNF or long‑term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
