Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Friday shifts in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Lancaster County, PA. Join a family-like team offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for FT hires, competitive benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

• Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
• Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
• Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
