Job summary

Eagle Senior Living in Ravenna, OH, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct resident care, follow individualized care plans, and administer medications per regulations. You will document observations and participate in interdisciplinary care meetings to support safe, person-centered aging services.

This role requires an active LPN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and clinical/diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in applicable state required
• Current CPR certification required
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and clinical/diagnostic procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and to carry, transfer, push, pull, and reposition residents with assistance or equipment
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated community setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise
• Occasional outdoor exposure to weather and temperature changes
• Frequent interruptions and interaction with residents who may be emotionally distressed
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
