Job summary

Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehab Center in Providence, RI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will monitor patient health, administer medications, and support daily living activities to enhance residents' quality of life.

We offer part-time and per diem roles with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for part-time, 8-hour shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am), and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island/Compact LPN license required.
• Vaccination as a condition of employment per CDC guidance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Sign on Bonus of: Part Time: $3000

• Salary: $33-$42 per hour based on experience

• Shiff differentials

• 8-hour shifts of 7AM-3PM | 3PM-11PM | 11PM-7AM

Your Role as a LPN:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehab Center, you’ll make a real impact by:

• Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.

• Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications Needed for LPN:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Rhode Island/Compact.

• Provides evidence of the completion of both any state‑mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.

• We require our staff to be vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines.

• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
