Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS, has an immediate opening for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 45-bed long-term care and skilled nursing community. We are expanding and seek dedicated caregivers to help provide quality resident care.
We offer competitive pay up to $34.00 per hour, full-time schedules with 12-hour shifts, flexible options, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.
Qualifications
- LPN licensure with KS Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.

- Competitive Pay: up to $34.00 per hour
- Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, Electronic scheduling to promote greater work-life balance, on a 12-hour rotation-6a-6p OR flexibilty to split an AM/PM shift

- LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
