Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component, assistance available post-hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
