Job summary

Everwell Port St. Lucie Hospital, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our behavioral health treatment team.

The LPN provides direct patient care, administers medications, and supports therapeutic programming in a psychiatric and substance abuse setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, documenting observations, assisting with daily living activities, participating in treatment planning, and coordinating with Mental Health Technicians.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year in psychiatric or chemical dependency care preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral health nursing and medication administration.
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our behavioral health treatment team. The LPN provides direct patient care, administers medications, supports therapeutic programming, and promotes patient wellness in a psychiatric and/or substance abuse treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities
