The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will monitor and plan nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensure continuity of care across shifts, participate in resident and family

Qualifications

• Current/valid Florida LPN license/registration.
• Previous experience in long term care preferred.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Effectively communicate with others.

Responsibilities
