Job summary

Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Philadelphia is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate resident care and participate in assessment, care plans, and medication administration. The facility values a supportive team and close-to-home work arrangements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs direct resident assessment and contributes to service plans.
• Administers medications and treatments to residents.

• Supervises and coordinates CNAs in direct resident care per State/Federal guidelines.
• Prioritizes resident service to ensure high-quality care in a compassionate environment.
