Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an LPN (Physician Substitute) to join our Center Medical team in Paris, TX. You will ensure donor health and safety, perform health screenings, and support the donor experience in a fast-growing plasma donation network.

You’ll collaborate with center staff, cross-train across functions, and have opportunities for increased responsibilities and earnings as the site expands.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state of employment.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy and station setup.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
