Job summary

Hope Center in Bronx, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Full-Time Day and Overnight shifts. You will join a team dedicated to delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a compassionate setting.

The role requires a valid LPN license and good standing with the State Registry. Daily care duties include administering medications, monitoring vitals, and supporting residents’ daily activities while ensuring safety and dignity.

• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
