Nora Springs Care Center in Iowa seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, supportive clinical team across 1st shift part-time, 2nd shift full-time, and PRN assignments.

As an LPN, you will monitor residents, administer medications, perform assessments, lead the care team, and advocate for residents. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred, but training will be considered.
• Ability to work in a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and nursing care as directed.
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in care provisions.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
