Job summary

St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. Shifts available: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, with a 10% shift differential for Evening and Overnight.

We now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider giving you faster access to your earnings. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, hold a NY State LPN license in good standing, and be ready to contribute to compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise CNAs as needed.
• Help Residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed

• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed

• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personalhygiene

• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output
