Job summary

Grand Trace Health and Rehabilitation in Natchez, MS is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will perform direct patient care, develop and implement individualized plans, supervise CNAs, and help maintain safety programs for falls and pressure sores.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has experience in skilled nursing or rehab, and is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to excellent patient care.
