Job summary

Join Parachute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Muskogee, OK site to support donor health and safety and enhance the donor experience. You will join a lean, high-energy center team and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for donors and staff.

As an LPN, you will perform health screenings, assist with phlebotomy as needed, maintain clean exam rooms, and support center operations with a willingness to grow into new responsibilities within a fast-scaling organization.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.

What You’ll Do: As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
