What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with each patient’s personalized plan of care
• Partner closely with RNs for effective pain and symptom management
• Educate, support, and comfort patients and their families during end-of-life care
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team—including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more—to ensure holistic support

What You’ll Need

• Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• 3+ years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Most importantly—a heart for hospice and a desire to make a meaningful difference
