CommonSail Investment Group in Ohio (Mount Vernon) is seeking a Nurse Supervisor/LPN to lead and train a caring team serving seniors in our community.

The role emphasizes evaluating residents, coordinating with physicians, using EHR/EMAR, communicating with families, and building strong relationships to deliver exceptional elder care. We value empathy, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
• Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.
• Utilize Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
• Communicate effectively to team, residents and families.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.

Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
