Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.

- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
- Promote restorative care and resident independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to create a positive, resident-centered environment.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
