Job summary

Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing in Georgia is seeking LPNs/RNs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a warm team environment. Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles are available with multiple shift options.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, provide basic wound care, and maintain accurate medical records in our secure system; licensure as LPN or RN in Georgia is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a valid Georgia LPN license or RN license.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, immunizations and injections accurately.
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
• Record and maintain accurate medical records in our computer system.
