Job summary

Meadow Lakes in Mooresville, Indiana is seeking an Evening & Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care and build meaningful relationships with our residents and staff.

You will assess residents, document changes, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to promote physical and psychosocial well-being. Open interviews: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM; walk-ins welcome for on-the-spot interviews.

Meadow Lakes is conveniently located in Mooresville, southwest of Indianapolis, with easy access to I-465—just 20 minutes from Downtown Indy, Plainfield, and Greenwood.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.

• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
