A pediatric home health care provider is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) dedicated to providing focused, one-on-one nursing care to children in their homes. The role involves supporting pediatric patients' skilled nursing needs, collaborating with RNs, and ensuring a secure, confident environment. Ideal candidates hold a valid LPN license and have experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical coverage, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• Have a TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Hold a valid BLS CPR card (in-person certification required).

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
