CHOICES FOR PEOPLE CENTER in Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct support and nursing-related services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will ensure compliance with each individual's Person-Centered Service Plan, supporting their independence and community inclusion.
The ideal candidate will possess a Missouri LPN license and a minimum of one year nursing experience. Responsibilities include advocating for individual needs and maintaining documentation as per regulations.

Choices for People assists in individual goal-oriented program planning, and acts as an advocate in the community through the removal of attitudinal, architectural, environmental, financial, employment-related, communicational, transportation, and other barriers.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct support and nursing-related services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for supporting individuals on an assigned caseload by coordinating services, advocating for individual needs, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with each individual’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP), applicable regulations, and healthcare provider instructions.
The LPN promotes independence, community inclusion, and person-centered outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state and federal requirements.
