Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver efficient nursing care under RN supervision in our skilled facility. You will evaluate residents, assist with assessments and care planning, and administer medications as ordered, while guiding unlicensed staff to ensure safe, quality care.

Shifts include 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM with benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team. A current LPN license and BLS/ CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing (LPN).
• Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification maintained as required by state practice.

• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

**** Retention Bonus of $5K for all part time LPN's ****

Shifts: 7AM-3PM & 3PM-11PM

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
