Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time and full-time positions in Marlborough, MA. You will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs, and assist in coordinating care for residents.

We offer pay from $35 to $40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• CPR certification required.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Meet nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents.
• Maintain resident care plans for all under your care.
• Follow physician orders and administer medications as prescribed.
• Document comprehensive nursing notes.
• Visit residents daily to evaluate needs and report findings.

Openings on all shifts. We are seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents.

PAY: $35 to $40 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
• Follow physician's orders and administer medications as prescribed
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and report any unusual or significant findings

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Must be CPR certified
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of Massachusetts
• New graduates welcome!
