The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township in Mantua Township, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support prescribed treatments in a state-of-the-art facility.

Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• Minimum 0 years of experience; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
