Bella Terra Lombard is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our caring team at our Lombard, IL facility. You will ensure residents receive medications and care per their care plans, conduct assessments and lead the clinical team.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for resident advocacy to maintain high-quality care and safety for all residents.

Qualifications

• Recent LPN/LVN license in Illinois.
• Prior LPN experience preferred but training investment considered.

As a LPN Staff Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Lombard by ensuring residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois LPN. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
