Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health. You'll provide focused, one-on-one care in the home, supporting high-acuity patients with autonomy and strong clinical judgment.

This role emphasizes continuity of care and close collaboration with families, delivering skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment with guaranteed clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license (US-based).
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient’s home.
• Apply clinical judgment with autonomy while maintaining safety.
• Collaborate with family to establish consistent care plans.
• Support from a 24/7 on-call clinical team.

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
