Job summary

LEBANON SOUTH NURSING & REHAB in Lebanon, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The role includes patient care, medication administration, charting, and coordinating with a healthcare team.

The LPN will monitor vital signs, assist with admissions/discharges, and support unit management as needed. Missouri state licensure required or preferred for experience.

Qualifications

• LPN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred)
