Onyx Care of Jena is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a patient-centered team delivering high-quality post-acute rehabilitation. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, wound care, and collaborative care planning.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and maintain accurate records, all while providing compassionate, empathetic patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or healthcare training preferred.
• Current Louisiana LPN licensure is required (or equivalent).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
