Job summary

The Pines at Catskill, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure plans are followed with compassion and precision.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN) required.
• Experience providing direct nursing care with the elderly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervising CNAs in delivering care and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
