Henry Ford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Michigan. Working under a registered nurse or provider, you will perform a range of technical and routine nursing tasks, and contribute to the ongoing nursing care plan.
You will collaborate with the care team to evaluate effectiveness and ensure quality patient care. We require current state licensure as an LPN, successful HFHS pharmacology exam, and a basic computer skill set.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) uses sound nursing judgment in provision of nursing care. Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence.

Every 4th weekend, no holidays
Full Time - Day Shift - 36 hours/week
