As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. In this role, you will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift; this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
In addition to the responsibilities above, you will participate in the daily operations of our care facility, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation for each resident. Your presence and leadership contribute to a supportive and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
