You will supervise unlicensed staff, participate in care planning, and monitor patient conditions while collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure with State Board.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• *Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
