Job summary

Creekside Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. We offer shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am, with full-time and part-time options.

Pay ranges from $31 to $38 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials. We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K retirement plan, PTO and sick time, a wellness program, a flexible spending account, an employee assistance program, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with care standards.
