Job Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents in a 137‑bed facility. The role involves supervising nursing assistants, operating within federal, state, and local standards, and ensuring compliance with facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Additional Information

Position: Full‑time, 12‑hour shift nights.
