Job summary

Diversicare of Haysville is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to join our caring team. You will perform daily nursing operations, administer medications, and support residents in achieving their highest level of functioning.

You will also supervise CNAs, promote teamwork, and participate in continuous education and professional development to advance clinical leadership skills within our facility.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as an LPN or LVN.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care to residents and administer medications.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high quality care and safety.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
