Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation in Hammond, LA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and support activities of daily living while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes patient safety, wound care, and adherence to HIPAA and infection control

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or neurological care is a plus.
