Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Greensboro, NC center to support donor health and safety. The role collaborates with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience and help scale a fast-growing operation.

You will monitor donor health, perform screenings, and participate in cross-training across center functions, including phlebotomy and processing. Competitive hourly pay and a monthly bonus potential are offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.

What You'll DoAs an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site's lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You'll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities
