  • Educate clients and families on health conditions, self-care techniques, preventative measures, and address nursing needs.
  • Comply with all documentation requirements per company policy, and state and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with physicians, family members, and office staff.
  • Coordinate and acquire necessary client supplies, such as DME, wound care supplies, and medications.
  • Protect client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
  • Provide nursing services including IV management, pain management, and diabetes management for in-home care clients.
