Glenview Terrace, part of Legacy Healthcare, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a caring, skilled nursing team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, administering medications, and supporting residents in rehabilitation and daily activities.

As an LPN, you will lead a clinical team, advocate for residents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure safety and comfort in a post-acute setting on Illinois’ North Shore.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois LPN license required.
• Experience as an LPN in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive prescribed medications and nursing care per care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor health status.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Glenview Terrace by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents.
