NHC HealthCare Laurens in Laurens, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary care team. This full-time role offers a structured schedule (8a-4p with no weekends, or 7a-7p, 7p-7a options) and competitive pay with incentives.

You will provide hands-on nursing care, assist with meds and treatments, communicate with patients and families, and contribute to individualized plans of care in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (SC) required.
• Eligibility to practice as LPN; may hire GNs and GPNs.

Responsibilities

• Work with interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed and other patient care duties.
