Job summary

American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day or night shifts. You will build meaningful connections with residents and staff while delivering compassionate, high-quality care shaped by our CARE values.

As part of a dedicated geriatric care team, you’ll assess residents, document changes, and collaborate with nursing colleagues to ensure safe, coordinated care. Indiana LPN license required; strong communication and teamwork a must.
