A healthcare provider in Fort Smith is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Responsibilities include administering medications and monthly injections, observing and reporting on residents' conditions, and assisting with physical assessments. Candidates must be licensed in Arkansas, have a valid driver’s license, and be ready to work rotating shifts. This role requires supervision by a Director of Nursing and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, along with some weekend and holiday duties.

• Under supervision of a Director of Nursing (DON).
