Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care in Florida. You will work with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver focused care in the child's home.

The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, adhering to care plans, and ensuring safety with PPE and CDC-aligned protocols. Weekly pay and benefits support your stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license and in‑state compliance.
• Current BLS CPR card (in person).
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test (QFT).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA approved course.
• Access to DOEA Alzheimer's video materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one pediatric home health nursing under RN supervision.
• Follow individualized plans of care with clinical leadership oversight.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE; document care as required.

Requirements

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
