Job summary
Flanagan Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to ensure efficient nursing care and positive outcomes for residents in a state-regulated setting. You will mentor staff, coordinate with physicians, and deliver high-quality care throughout shifts.
The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, demonstrates strong communication, and brings a professional image. Experience in long-term care is preferred, with a welcoming, team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- Fire and passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, energetic personality.
- Must have active and in good standing LPN license in the state of practice.
- Prior LPN experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift, including staff assignments and mentoring nursing personnel.
- Coordinate with physicians and other medical professionals to implement care plans.
- Maintain standards of practice per state/federal regulations and Nurse Practice Act.
