Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care under the supervision of an RN. You will evaluate residents, assist with assessments and care plans, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff in a 6a-6p, full-time role.

The position requires graduation from an approved practical/vocational nursing program, current LPN licensure or pending licensure, and active BLS/CPR certification where required.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by state or facility.

• Deliver nursing care under the direction of an RN and achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
