Greenfield Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles with 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and overnight shifts available.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of our healthcare team by:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Promoting a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
