This full-time role offers day and night shifts, in a 40-bed inpatient rehab setting that serves patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic conditions. The LPN will work under an RN, provide general nursing care, and participate in an interdisciplinary care model aimed at functional independence and safe transitions home.

Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital (Englewood, CO) is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Englewood, Colorado, serving patients throughout the south Denver metropolitan area. The hospital provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. With an interdisciplinary care model and a strong focus on individualized recovery goals, the clinical team works closely with patients and families to promote functional independence and successful transitions home. Located near the Denver Tech Center and the broader South Denver healthcare market, the Inverness facility offers convenient access to specialized rehabilitation care in a growing Colorado community.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required
• Current CPR certification required
• One (1) year recent experience in acute care setting preferred
