Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a caring LPN in Tennessee to deliver compassionate nursing services to our patients and residents, while supervising day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.

You will work under the Director of Nursing, ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation with confidentiality. Active TN LPN license and CPR certification are required; strong attention to detail and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of residence (Tennessee).
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
